Monday 15th 2010

Breakfast: Green Campfire Stew: Avocado, cilantro, celery, kale, lemon juice, cayenne, jalapeno
Lunch: Red, cabbage, kale, alfalfa sprouts, hemp seeds, onion, lemon juice, hemp oil, sprouted almonds
Dinner: Chili: tomato, avocado, sun dried tomato, ginger, serrano pepper, cumin, cayenne, carrots, olive oil, red pepper, salt
